If you become aware of or suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the ep88 support team immediately. ep88 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence.

Prior to closure, all valid remaining balances will be returned to you once all verification requirements have been met.
